About Me
ABOUT ME
I've just graduated from the University of Sheffield where I studied philosophy, and from the end of August up til sometime in Spring I'll be wandering around Canada/US/Mexico on as little money as possible.
I like books, music, films, punk/DIY and adventure. I'm a vegetarian (vegan until recently, maybe I'll go back to it after my travels). I'm extremely laid back; probably too much so for my own good. I'm happiest when I have good weather, beer and nice conversation.
Interests
Music, books, films, hitchhiking, drums (which I play, badly), beer gardens, anti-fascism, feminism, and so on.

Music, Movies, and Books
Hardcore punk, noise rock, lo-fi, folk, hip-hop, ambient, various experimental music. (http://www.last.fm/user/Charactarantu1a)
David Lynch, Pedro Almodovar, Ingmar Bergman, Hayao Miyazaki, Michael Moore, Charlie Kaufman, loads of other stuff.
My favourite books are David Foster Wallace - Infinite Jest, Mark Z Danielewski - House of Leaves and Bret Easton Ellis - American Psycho. That probably gives a good idea of the kind of books I like to read: strange, surreal, postmodern stuff.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled up the West Coast of the US (and a bit into Canada) on my own when I was 19. Mostly just walked aimlessly around cities and met awesome people.
Countries I’ve Visited
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
