i am magnetically drawn to all things 1920s-1960s.

i collage, draw, and photograph. i love art in general.

i love surfing! what a great way to meet new friends. when i return to new york, i'd like to let my couch out to others and show some people around my great city.

everywhere i've stayed has been made more interesting and real by my hosts. there's no other way to see a city than through the eyes of someone who lives there.

i love all music, though i just can't seem to stomach metal. for you, though, i'll try!

i've recently been rereading salinger's work. i love kurt vonnegut. i just read a really fantastic book by a new author named reid larson. the book is called "the selected works of t.s. spivet" - although the ending was pretty terrible, it was a great read.

i once saw a camel walking on the great wall of china. i thought that was pretty amazing.

i have a master's degree in english, so if you'd like to learn it, i'm your gal! i can knit and play the ukulele. i also cook and bake pretty well and would be happy to make dinner for you!!
