Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've decided to join the couchsurfing community just to try a new way of travelling. I also hope that this will be far beyond "travelling" in the way it is normally intended. This could be an incredibile opportunity to get to know new people and cultures and even to make new friends.

Interests

I love music (nearly every kind if it is good music ), sports (I've been playing volleyball and beach volley for many years and I enjoy also playing basketball, football and many others), reading books, watching movies, playing guitar, photography, and so long.

Music, Movies, and Books

I really don't have a favourite music genre that I consider to be better than the others. I listen mainly to rock music, folk and songwriters such as Dylan, Cohen and Nick Drake. I love The Beatles and the pop music of the '70 '80 but I also enjoy classical music and some rap or hiphop artistits even if I'm not a real passionate of the genre.
I mean, the music is such an incredible thing you can always find the song that fits perfectly your mood of the moment.
I'm also a real lover of watching movies which I enjoy mainly at the cinema or in streaming on my pc.
I prefer, among the others, the movies of Wes Anderson, Eastwood, Scorsese and so long.
I enjoy also reading books even if in this period I'm so busy that I don't always manage to read something.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I don't know If that sounds amazing to you but I've spend a couple of weeks travelling around the Scottish Highlands by myself 2 years ago. However it seemed amazing to me at the time.
