ABOUT ME

Currently I am staying in Switzerland, I am in my second research master internship at Basel University. I am very exited how human brain work and I dedicate my study interests into this. Of course I need to study and work a lot but more importantly don't need to forget to enjoy life and one of the things to do this is traveling! I am willing to travel around Switzerland and neighbouring countries during my stay here. I admire every new experience and Switzerland definitely has a lot to offer! Nature is my great passion and the best escape from daily troubles. I really like hiking, adventures, new places, to meet a lot of new people. I could say that I am communicative, observant, kind, sometimes laughing too loud :)

PHILOSOPHY

I could say "Cogito Ergo Sum" . I think this thesis reflects mine philosophy of life quite good.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have tried CouchSurfing few times. I can say for sure - it was an amazing experience! I like the oppurtinity to know country not only as a tourist but from inside, knowing local people.

Interests

Oh I am interested in all things! Good conversation can spin around every topic. However I have my favourite ones: music (I play the flute), reading books(one of the most relaxing things for me), I really like talks about travels, nature and of course science. I love theaters and good movies. Moreover I like good company to talk and have glass of wine or beer.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music.... It realy depends on my mood. But I can notice my bests: RHCP,LP, Happyendless, Laura Marling, Noah on the Whale and a lot of others. Right now my beloved writers: Haruki Murakami, John Irving, Albert Camus, Paulo Coelho. Well movies I like with deep idea, when need to think after it, with surprising story.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things was to ride the elephant on its necking the Thailand jungle. Feeling when this gracious animal is moving and how calm and charming every step is, just incredible!

I could learn you to play the flute :) cook lithuanian traditional meals, also I can learn you lithuanian language and english of course
