Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I love to meet new people, and this seems like a great way to do both! I haven't used CouchSurfing before but in my experience it's always more fun to stay with locals than to find hotels or hostels and only be exposed to other tourists. It's a much better way to get in touch with a culture and maybe even make a new friend. For now I'm only on here as a guest, but one day I'd love to be a host as well.
