First of all I'm learning English so I'll do probably some grammatical errors in my presentation. Anyway my name is Gilles but my friends call me Gilou and i like that! I live in Brussels, I've three fantastic little brothers and a big family of musicians, actors, comedians... In one nutshell an extraordinary family (for me of course!). I'm enjoying playing the piano or guitare (I've played the piano for 8years), singing and writing my own songs. My dream would be to become a great musician. Ho yes, I've also given tennis lessons to children for three years, I've worked at MacDonald's, I've animated several times yong people's camps (such as Boy Scout..), I've produced a lot of song (for French Rap/Pop/Rap US/Electro/World Music) and I've written lyrics for French Rap and poetry for three years. Well I think I've got to stop here otherwise i won't have nothing else to tell you!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because it's for me a good way to travel, meet people and discover the small world of every person. Furthermore, I've some friends with who I've talked about their wonderful experiences thanks to this association and that sounds very good! Another reason is that i like when i don't know what will happen tomorrow.

兴趣

Although the music is very important to me, i love to think about philosofic topics, talk to somebody, look at a beautiful landscape or listen to someone's stories for hours and hours, discuss, debate, have a drink, just to be thoughful or just make party!! I like transforming ordinary events into friendly moments. In short I just want to roam the world meeting people and sharing ours personal values.

You Know is very difficult for me to tell you which are my favorite Music because i like different styles of music. But I'm gonne give you some examples. Obviously i like the french music such as Jacques Brel (ne me quittes pas), Louis Chedid (Il y a de l'amour dans l'air), J-J Goldman (...) but also some artist such as Franck Sinatra, Jonathan Butler, Maroon 5 (animals), Tracy Chapman(fast car), the french rap (IAM), Coldplay, Elton John (sorry seems to be the hardest word), Sting (the shape of my heart), Rap US, One Republic, Louis Armstrong, Klangkarussell, Milky Chance, 2pac, Bob Marley, Gramatik... I'm VERY VERY open about the music. I like when it's melodic, groovy or like swing music, funk, jazz... About films i just don't like horror films or maybe only with some friends and a good bottle ;)haha

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

For three years ago i did a tour of belgium with my best friends. We walked day
and night we slept in different places such as gardens, barns, attics... ( We were alone, free and happy with life! It was unforgettable because every person we met trusted us and shared things with us. Today I'm on the road for 8 months to rediscover this kind of experience.

I think one of my best quality is that i love laughing, sharing my musical skills, giving somebody a helping hand... I don't know, It's really difficult to give an answer to this question. I'm just a man open-minded, lively, keen to lear, respectfull and expecting spend a good time.
