i'd say my interests are ridiculously diverse, there are a thousand things i find appealing but to come down with the major,essential 3 I'd say

nature. food and music

to add a few slightly more trivial ones:

languages, people, movies, art, farming, psychology, fishing, traveling, letters, sports, books, knitting, riding my bicycle, writing, materials, silence, plants, recipes, and oh so many more

in hindsight calling them trivial seems weird and wrong but i hope you get my point.
