CURRENT MISSION

Currently I am an Au Pair. Means i live with an American family and care for their kids. It is an interesting and fun time.

I am a pretty outgoing person. I like to talk to people about everything and to experience new things. I love traveling although I maybe don't have enough money to travel to all the places I would want to right now. If I had the chance I would travel every weekend to another American City.

I like sports - doing and also watching it and love to try new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to participate in local events as well as surfing on couches. :)

Once I am back home in Berlin I might even open up my home to travelers.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Let's face it - I am still a newbie! I took part in a local event in Philly, which was great fun and now I am actually surfing throughout California. I also spent a weekend on a couch in New York.

Since I am only getting started I get my share of the good and the ba... let's rather say not so good. But I think so far my overall experience is good to great. :)

Interests

I love photographing. Last Christmas I finally got a nice camera and am now able to live my passion. I am not a professional of course, but I think I take pretty decent pictures and keep practicing. Other than that I love watching movies, listen to Audiobooks or actually read books. :) in order to be an Au Pair you gotta like traveling. So I am planning to see the world. ;) And doing that I hope to meet a lot of interesting new people.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - all over the place except hardcore stuff ;)
Books - helplessly into romance stuff :) Nicholas Sparks for example.
Movies - comedies like Grown Ups, the Heat, Identy thief or stuff like Forrest Gump, the Blindside. Right now I am into the Hunger Games Series, but basically everything but horror ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living one year in an unknown country as an Au Pair is pretty spectacular. I experience so much right now. I guess I will only start realising the real greatness once I am back home and look back.
