About Me

Hi!
I am an Arts and Culture student who likes to travel, listen to stories and overall make precious memories with amazing people. I enjoy sharing experiences and things from my own culture while exploring new ones.
I can be very quiet and reserved when necessary, but I also love to have talks in front of a cup of tea. I particularly like art, books and music and have a great passion for nature. I enjoy being surrounded by nature as much as I love walking in between art. Back home, I own a cat whom I love very dearly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To be very honest, I am couch-surfing because I am a bit on a budget.
Nevertheless, as I said, I enjoy connecting with people and some of my best travel memories are with people I met very spontaneously!

Music, Movies, and Books

Fav music: often depends but right now I am very into The1975, COIN, The Rubens, Wallows and Day Glow so indie rock

Fav movie: big fan of animated movies especially Brother Bear...otherwise I don't know if I can call it a favourite but The Dead Poet Society and The Hunger Games Mockingjay

Fav Books: even more difficult than movies but I mainly read YA and contemporary/self-help. Some of my darlings though are Almond by Sohn Won-Pyung, Crooked Kingdom by Leigh Bardugo, Il fu Mattia Pascal by Luigi Pirandello.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think personally the most amazing thing I have done is having the guts to move out of home, first have a gap year experience and then move to another country to study. It has been very challenging, but I am forever grateful to the people I have met and to how these experiences changed me.

Otherwise, I once did a pretty amazing pizza if that counts :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach how to speak several languages and share some painting/drawing experiences or tips.
I would love to practice/learn some more Norwegian and Dutch.

Currently trying to learn how to knit so any help with that is highly highly appreciated!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a good laugh and just overall some of my favourite memories of mine :)
I am always open to teach and if I can help you out with something I know, count me in because I do it gladly.
