I try to surround myself with healthy habits, as well as people and places.

Vegetarian, mostly frutarian.

I basically eat: ANY FRUIT + tomatoes, cucumber, apple, carrots, more fruit, cooked vegetables, salads, chocolate, coffee (lots of coffee) + I chose these sources of protein which I eat a big amount daily: eggs, chickpeas, lentils, tofu, soy…. I also LOVE sauerkraut, tomato juice, picles, mustard…AND (good) ICECREAM.
I am always down for a good icecream (please don’t come with all this added white sugar)
😅 I feel very much pleasure in being healthy., I feel aliveness flowing thorough my being, bringing me joy which I think I reflect in life…

In 2022 I was traveling from my country Brasil, to Europe andI decided to stay and live in Vienna, Austria with my Italian & Slovenian citizenship.

Even if I am not at home, my routine consists in this daily habits: exercise, study CranioSacral Therapy, study German, work remotely & have a good shower - usually this takes me half a day, sometimes even more.
So, yes I have time to hang out, but I need, and want to keep this wherever I am. I make myself available after I finish the duties - except on Saturdays :)

I’m very active and calm, love hiking, nature, flowers, like to meet people, love pets and traveling.

Always looking for new safe-adventures.
