Hello! My name is Giovanni, I'm an Italian student.
I'm a really friendly and open-minded person; I'm quiet and precise and I love meet new people and discover new cultures.
My biggest interests are travel and photography.
I'm studying Medicine at Bologna University and this July i will graduate!!
As italian, obviously, I really love to cook and I know I'm not the one who should say that but I'm really good at it ;)
I've always praticed some sports (football, judo, horse riding) but now i'm just going to the gym (actually I built one in the house of my parents)
I love making outdoor activities like camping, hiking, pic-nic (if it could be considered an activity)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've always liked to met new people and to share experiences. I'm the 2nd of four brothers and in my life I've been always used to share things and moments and probably this is why I prefer to share my days with others insted of staying alone.
In addition to this I think that the best way to visit a place is to live like the locals, and what could be better for living like the locals than living with them?!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most WOW thing that I've ever done is the night kayaking in the lightest bioluminescent bay in the world that is in Vieques (puerto rico); it's was something really diffucult to share with words, it was like we (i was with my girlfriend) were in a dream. Every movement of the water became a wonderful blue light, even the fishes left a luminous trail with their shapes!!!!
Other amazing things are the first time that we swam with a whale shark and some mantas in Maldives and the freedom that we felt when we were discovering all alone Bohol island in the Philippines.
