I am a novelist, poet, singer-songwriter, ragtime pianist, film actress, and scriptwriter. At this time in my life I could really use good friends. I built a publishing platform with my best friend, which has been lovely and difficult. We're currently looking for investors, while I'm looking for art patrons. I work about 72 hours a week on art, with a fanbase of 70,000. But that's made it very difficult on having a stable living environment, as this project is an investment, so money isn't immediate.

I'm looking for people who enjoy my artwork and want to see me do well. I feel Los Angeles has many opportunities for various arts. So I'd like to try being here for awhile. Instead of having to constantly move.

If anyone has a garage, I don't mind sleeping on a floor. I did so for 3.5 years. All I need is wifi, a shower a day, and kindness. I really need positive people, who respect my work hours. I need people who inspire me with their kindness.
