I love running and sports in general, nature, dancing, playing guitar, music, photography.
I believe that a deep connection between your soul and nature can be created when running or hiking or practicing some sports in nature: I seek these moments in which one does not think, and every breath goes with the flow of the environment.
I am addicted to music , I think this is one of the ways our spirit is expressed. For me, it is a language that two souls can speak to communicate without words. Also dancing is something spiritual, that comes from one's deep energy, and dancing with somebody who loves to do it too is one of the more fulfilling experience I've had.

Music: Music is at the basis of my life, I'm addicted to it. I believe it can save you when you're down and it can bring you higher when you're high. I also think it is one of the best souls' connector. I love 60's rock in particular, but I listen to really almost every kind of music.
