Overview
About Me
I'm Giulia Martini, "I don't feel Italian, but fortunately or unfortunately I am" ( sang Giorgio Gaber, a famous Italian singer).
In these 34 years of life I've studied fine arts and photography, I've had working experience like assistant for artists, photographer in theater, assistant to photographers and assistent for set designers in fashion environment.
I'm a member of the queer transfeminist art group, Le Pupazzare, with which I build big puppets for demostrations in Italy and abroad.
I'm insatiably curious to learn about cultures, languages, ways of thinking and living different from mine. I love traveling, nature, music, dance, art, theater, juggling and magic, partying and playing. I love learning crafts and modeling materials (metals, wood, glass, cement, resins, silicone rubbers, plaster ...). I consider myself a person with a great spirit of adaptation and a great capacity of listening.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like traveling in a touristic way. I like to enter deeply into places I go through even if for a short time. I like to create sincere relationships, through sharing, exchange, listening. I didn't sign up for a free place, but to get to know people and their way of seeing, thinking and living the place where they live.
