About Me

Hello all!

I am an Italian girl half Milan half Naples (good mix ;) ), working in Paris.
Love cooking (and eat!) for hosts and friends, have a cute cat, a super boyfriend, two great parents and lots of incredible friends! Lucky let's say, and very positive :) Very independent and stubborn, (un)fortunately.
I don't like people who stay so much time on cell phones, radical chic and film intellectuals, they bore me if not sincere. I don't have Instagram. I don't like sports (only swimming, skiing and fencing), psys fans, vegetarians for fashion and ignorant feminists. I am a feminist everyday, working hard on it. I love romances and super heros movies (but also Tarkovski of course), flowers and sea. When I will be old, I will open a small tavern on the beach. I hate free jazz, actually I have problem with it, I cannot listen to it, but I really would to. I like coherent people, I am too much idealistic and Left side (of course, always look at the bright side of life!)
Ah, as you see, I don't have the gift of synthesis, but I don't speak so much actually, I prefer listening.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really love to meet new people from all over the world, I think everybody's culture is one of the most enriching experiences and since I arrived in Paris I was happy to have the possibilty to discover more different worlds!
Sometimes I also need to be hosted around the world because I have to do some film shooting for my projects, so couchsurfing can put both things I love together, travels and films!

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: from Verdi and Bizet Operas to Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Neil Young, Nina Simone and Norah Jones, electro and yes, Britney Spears and Avicii (so sorry for him). I love Italian music, the 50s and 60s as well as Jovanotti.
Favourite film: always a really difficult question, but I love Herzog, Tarantino and Nanni Moretti. I saw Amélie like 30 times before it became famous and I don't regret it at all, I love it. Maybe it is my favourite movie actually.
Favourite book, same problem. Calvino, a full love. Buzzati. Pasolini's books. Favourite carachter : Antigone. A masterpiece, and my heroin. Can I put Heidegger between authors too?

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travelled alone all over Iceland by car, between gravel paths, fat goats, fantastic hosts and incredible places. Never ending color landscapes. In Iceland, brown does not exists. On the ground, only black and golden green.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am with my actual boyfriend who left me one year ago, I suffered a lot and he tried to come back with me some months after the ropture, I didn't want at all. Some time later, I am proud, but I understood I still loved him and we were imperfectly perfect together. You know, Platon, the apple and stuff like that. Now we are so happy! Simply but incredible to trust love, ha?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer lot of food! And listening and curiosity :)
