Overview
About Me
I'm Giulia, and I'm italian, from Milan.
Just a little bit about me..
I consider myself an optimist, sunny and easy going person. Maybe pretty shy at the beginning, but if I feel confortable I'll lose any shyness.
I make friends easilly and I can build solid and long-term relationships.
I've got a BA in Social Education Science which basically means working with people, especially those marginalized. As you can imagine, I have a strong social, political and cultural sensitivity, but these are not my only interests.
I love travelling and I'd like to make travel a consistent part of my life. I've been in Africa twice as a volunteer, I lived in Spain, then I worked in Portugal for a while and finally I moved to UK in order to get a MA in International Social Work in UK. I think I'm doing it weel!
I love music, movies and books. Any kind. I don't want to close in one single genre or type and I'm always open to discover something new and alternative. I have bad memory with names and titles, so don't ask me about my favorite song, because I probably won't be able to tell you, rather I could sing it!
I recentely discovered a new passion for the mountain (I have always preferred the seaside). Actually, I grow up trekking a lot but I just started loving it few years ago. Then I discovered climbing and I found it very exciting, but I'm still a beginner.
In other words, I quite enjoy life, trying to get the best from any experience and courious about having new ones!
