About Me

I am Giulia, I come from Italy and I study Psychology in Germany. However I am in Leeds ,UK, at the moment, doing my erasmus and internship. I am very openminded, friendly and curious about new things, cultures and meeting new people. I love food! Everything about it:) I love cooking, baking and eating all sorts of food. I also do swing dancing and I go to the gym. And of course I enjoy travelling a lot as well. I like exploring new countries and getting to know the culture as much as I can, especially through locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Now that I am studying and have quite a lot of time, I want to travel around as much as I can. Long weekends are perfect for exploring some european capitals:) However I think that living with locals, makes the adventure just double the fun. I think it is an amazing alternative to 12 beds dorms and expensive hotels.

Interests

Cooking, baking, dancing, going to the cinema, organising parties and meeting with friends. I love to invite many friends for a Sunday brunch at my house. I like doing any outdoor activities like hiking, sailing, windsurfing or just having a nice walk through the park on a sunny day.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don´t have my favourite music, It really depends on my mood. However I am a passionate radio listener. I have a huge cooking and baking books collection and to be fair I can´t pick one... they are all amazing. I love one that is called " eat better not less" and a Scandinavian baking book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I baked for a wedding

Teach, Learn, Share
