ABOUT ME
I’m a simple Italian man who upholds staying happy in whatever circumstance on my plate. Like what everyone says, I’m a happy, quiet, positive, caring and free-spirited person, hence, guests will always be welcome with a big smile and an open-mind. My friends call me by my nickname: "Piwy". I'm sure if you asked them about me they'd start laughing and then tell you some crazy story about something awesome we've done 😂. While I do have a master degree in physics, I won't talk all day about the beauty and the secrets of the Universe unless you want to 🙂

PHILOSOPHY
- the Earth is my country and the world is my playground;
- life is a journey and it is what happens you, and the people you meet on the way that makes this journey unique and memorable;
- everyone is interesting and has something to offer/teach;

I've not a favorite genre of book or movie (I just don't particularly like extreme science fiction).
Music I listen to depends on my mood, it goes from the greatest Italian mid-20th century songs to '70 - '80s Hard Rock music. During my relax moments I prefer classical music.

📖 - now I'm reading "The way of Zen", by Alan Watts;
📽 - the last best movie I saw was "About Time" by R. Curtis;

Try to make yourself a little "uncomfortable". Often, we live our lives within the same "zone" and we don't like to experience change. My favorite people to hang out with are the ones I have nothing in common with. It forces me to learn about them and find a common ground. Be yourself, I do not believe in awkwardness.

I can offer you a room, a beer 🍻 at my favorite neighborhood pub, Italian coffee for breakfast, but also my experiences, my philosophy, and I can try to learn you to play classical guitar.

Last but not least, I have really gained a passion for cooking 👨‍🍳, so I can offer much Italian food encouraging you to get fat (and happy) while visiting Bari. In Apulia "we live to eat".
