About Me

I've been on CS for 15 years, but a month ago, the CS staff deleted my old account, and now I have to start all over again. This happened because you can't call anyone at CS; everything has to be done via email, and the staff misunderstood the situation. All my references and friends are gone. It really sucks to start over, but I don't have any other choice.

Now a little about me: Of course, I love to travel like everyone else here, but I'm basically addicted, and that's what life is all about for me. Above all, I enjoy long trips (six months or more). Last summer, I finally visited Brazil, Colombia, and Cuba. I got to stroll through the Amazon, drink water from the liana of the amazonian tree and fish piranhas with two men from Manaus.

The next trip I'm planning is to the Philippines... we'll see when I manage to get there.

I am a history and religion teacher, but my goal is to train as a criminologist.

I love meeting locals. They are like pearls scattered in every place I visit. I want to be that gem in my city, showing the most interesting parts of my beloved home to anyone who visits

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me traveling is also about meeting people. It's through people that you truly experience a journey. It's the people who make a trip special. That's why I'm on CS.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Paragliding over Rio de Janeiro, swimming in the rivers of the Amazon and in the cristal clear lagoons of the unique Lencois Maranhenses. Living in the favela of Rio: Vidigal.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my knowledge about my subjects, as well as what I know about Sweden and the countries I’ve visited. I can also cook something delicious since I’m a foodie and occasionally host food events and cooking classes in Italian cuisine. I could teach you how to make the world’s best Tiramisu.
