HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the past, I was very much focused on my Job, that's the reason, why I decided to ask for a sabbatical. In 2014 I will travel around the world. I read in another Profile: I like to learn and to see the world through the eyes of other people - I like this idea!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not at all - yet... What I'm expecting is not only a couch or a place to stay. I really like to meet people, talk with them, having a glass of wine, learning about their lifes, country... Some years ago I had a very impressive trip to Vietnam, where I got in contact with local People and I really learned a lot about how you can look on your life with a positive attitude, even if you had or you still have a lot of trouble...!

Interessen

Very much outdoor-oriented, every kind of sports (bycicle, running, climbing, hiking...
But I also like reading and (more or less) every kind of music.
In general I would say - very much interested in meeting people...

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Any kind of crime books, big variety of music. What I really like is Lord of the Ring (one reason, why I'm visiting New Zealand...)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Soooo many. Morning light in the mountains. A little turtle in a park next door, enjoying the sun. Being togehter with Australian guys, when they see the first time in their life snow falling. A wonderful 1 hour street concert in Berlin, given by three enthusiastic guys. And many, many more...

Lehren, lernen, teilen

see above, my learning for 2014 - be more relaxed, even in difficult, stressful or complicated situations. I hope to meet people, who will help me...
