Hi everyone! I am Gladys, a 22-year-old Singaporean who has just returned home after three years in London.

Having spent most of my life in big, chaotic cities, I have come to realize that while these places are vibrant and full of things to do, they’ve often kept me disconnected from nature (yes, it's cliché but I genuinely don't know what wildflowers smell like!!). Now that I have graduated from university, I am eager to explore more of the world 🌍 and figure out how to live a more grounded and balanced life!

What really motivates me is the chance to meet interesting people and learn from their experiences 🤝. I have had the opportunity to live in and do internships in Singapore, the UK, India, and China. I am particularly interested in living sustainably 🌱 and am always trying to improve my habits and the world around me.

I’m super chatty and absolutely love hearing other people’s life stories—often more than sharing my own! I am also a huge fan of walking and seem to always be wearing out my shoes 👟. I am still figuring out the best way to live my own life, and I believe that connecting with others is a big part of that journey. Looking forward to meeting all of you!! 😄

- Interned at a massive fashion company in India 👗.
- Obsessed with ballet, opera, and classical music 🎶.
- Taught kids at two Chinese summer camps 🏕️.
- Sold bath bombs at Lush 🛁.
- Crunched spreadsheets at a food delivery startup in Singapore 📊.
- Experienced with animal care 🐢🐟. I have raised terrapins and Siamese fighting fish, and bred guppy fish (had a pretty good survival rate for fish fry considering my limited funds).
- Google Sheets fanatic, especially when it comes to tracking my finances, life goals, and habits 📈.
- Addicted to anime, manga, K-dramas, C-dramas, K-pop, and J-pop 🎌 (to the detriment of my eyesight 👓).

I like to think I have tried almost everything, and I am always eager to learn and grow in new ways.
