Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Re-establishing presence after just relocated back to the San Juan Island after a 30 year absence.
ABOUT ME
Whitney and I are visual artists, she paints and sculpts and I fuse glass. We travel to exhibit work at art fairs and festivals, visit friends, relatives and new places, regular nomads. We don't drink, so not much of party animals but we love to eat. I love to cook and share Malaysian food. Often contemplative, introverted, however very interested in other people and what they do. Whitney is the exact opposite, she's smart, articulate, and expressive.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music- eclectic in genre with heavy leaning on melancholy music, from Erik Satie to Patsy Cline to Iron and Wine
Movies- mostly indie flicks, foreign films, documentaries but these days it is the excellent work done on cable TV and streaming services that's getting the most of our attention, from Breaking Bad to Game of Thrones to Downton Abbey to Rectify to Shameless.
Books- Whitney is as voracious reader of literary fiction, I'm an occasional reader of non-fiction.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacking in India was an epic experience. One whole summer camping on Jackson Beach, Friday Harbor, WA while working in a fish cannery. Scuba diving in Cozumel.
