ABOUT ME

Happily married for longer than many couch surfers have been alive. Now almost an empty nester. A dog and cat share the house with us. Lois work with newcomer/immigrants, spends hundreds of hours volunteering at the local MCC Thrift Store & church. Gord is a vocational teacher at a local high school. He has a strong entrepenieral bend & always has money making schemes on the go. Have a daughter who is a proffessional jazz musician, currently based in Winnipeg. Our son lives a couple miles away, and is starting a farm.
Lois dislikes prairie winters & loves to travel especially if she can get somewhere warm.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Grew up in a time when hotels were not a financial option so have been staying with others for a long time. And wow what neat experiences we've had.

Stayed married to same person for 33+ years.
Birthed beautiful children - who have turned into pretty awesome people.
