I travel by motorcycle and have crisscrossed the entire U.S a couple times and a very large part of Canada, from Nova Scotia to British Columbia. I am retired / non smoker / non drinker. Many of my stops while I am on the road are overnight but I do like to stop for a couple days when available. I love the feel of the open road and want to see as much of North America as I can over the next few years. I plan to travel as long as I can throw my leg over the bike.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting people while traveling. I have a small network of friends I have met in various places that I reciprocate with in overnight or longer accommodations while on the road and I would like to expand a bit .
I have also hosted exchange students from Germany, France and college students from the U.S. for periods of 3 weeks to 10 months.

Rock, blues, some country. I like independent artists as much or more so than mainstream. Some of my fav's are Dilana, Debby Holiday, Dana Fuchs and several local bands/artists. Kenny Wayne Sheppard and Jonny Lang get my attention also.....'Wonder this world'........

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveled the entire lower 48 states and 9/10 Canadian Provinces on a motorcycle. My daughter rode through 35 states with me while growing up, starting at 5 years old in a side car.
