ABOUT ME

23 year old vegetarian writer from the UK. Love to talk, drink, and experience fat slices of life, wherever I might find them.

I'm working on my first novel, travelling and just soaking up as much as possible.

In my spare time, I meet up with friends, write silly short stories, bask in my city, and read books, hundreds of books. My bedroom looks like a thriftstore bookshop.

At the moment, I'm strictly surfing as I'm currently living in my family home.

Interests

I like folk music, beer gardening, cheeky pints, bonfires. All good. Jazz bars, swing music, red wine! Photography, poi, reading, second-hand things, sketch books, and sniffing really old books, even if people are looking. Vegetarianism. Walking through parks, picnics. Art galleries, theatre. Shakespeare! I hate writing about my interests, but could talk about them all day.

I love meeting new people, have fresh conversations and experiencing other people's outlooks.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: As a writing student, I read a lot..! I love books that are knackered out. Creased spines, marks, annotations, underlined words and phrases. Can talk literature until dawn and beyond.

Music: Anything I can click my fingers and stamp my boots to... 60s folk, 70s punk, prog rock, pop, classical & opera are also great. I'm necropalice on Last.fm!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you:
- how to knit lovely chunky scarves and berets.
- simple poi skills (aka spinning).
- film theory. It's a long shot, but someone might want to know something about composition and mise-en-scene..!

Also, I love to cook, so if you want me to wine and dine you, just ask, although I only cook veggie/vegan cuisine.
