About Me

be fluent in 5 languages

I want to learn surfing (literally). There are so many things to do in this life. I'm an adventurous person. I'd love to sky-dive and feel like a bird; I've done paragliding and skydiving in a wind tunnel so far. I think everybody should be grateful with what they have, complaining will never lead to a solution. I'm a self-learner. I've learnt piano on my own, even though I can't read notes very fast (I play everything by ear). I also learn languages on my own, but I'd like to practice them with native people!

It's much better to make a mistake than not to do anything at all. There's only one life to live and the best way to live it at the fullest is taking risks.

Someone said that music can change the world, because it can change people. It has definitely changed me!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I live in Barcelona and I'm always up for a drink or just hang out with couchsurfers whenever I have enough time.

When I went to Montréal I used CS as a tool to learn french, and met many amazing people on the way!

Music is my passion. I listen to music 25 hours a day. Oh wait....
Anyway, I love playing the piano, DJing, reading, travelling, meeting new people from all over the world and, of course, going out.
Travelling the world is my dream. I try to learn as many languages as I can.
I like watching the stars while lying on the grass in the countryside. I like watching the sunrise and the sunset.I love the sound of the rain and the sea waves. The smell of flowers, sunny days and the snow. Experiencing new things!
I enjoy watching people doing what they love to do. I also love seeing people smile!

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: Life is Beautiful, Dead Poets Society, The Notebook.

Books: A Walk To Remember, Harry Potter series, The Hunger Games,Pillars of the Earth and World Without End, The Reunion, the Physician, Lord of the Flies, Agatha Christie & Jack London books... and non-fiction books, especially about business, psychology and travel. When reading non-fiction, you can learn in a couple of hours what someone else might have learnt in a lifetime. I love '4-hour-work week' by Tim Ferriss and 'The happiness advantage' by Shawn Achor. Currently getting into spiritual books like 'The power of now'.

Music: I think it is safe to say that I appreciate a broad range of different styles of music, from Tchaikovsky to Armin van Buuren :D
I'm now listening to a lot of Indie Electronic and Deep House.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most beautiful things I've seen is a double rainbow in a waterfall called Skogafoss in Iceland. I didn't even know the rainbow was actually a complete circle!! It was magic for me.

Amazing things done... kissing a dolphin when I was little (don't laugh, it really felt awesome back then). Playing a Reactable for over an hour (coolest instrument ever!). Swimming (or trying to swim) in the Dead Sea. Going down the Great Wall of China on a giant tobogganing slide. That was loads of fun! And also going to TOMORROWLAND!! That was epic.

I like to think I see and do amazing things everyday, though. Sometimes I force myself into really appreciating what is right in front of me and most people don't pay attention because it is too "normal" in their routines. To put an example, I often stop to watch and listen to street musicians when they are really good. And sometimes it amazes me how I am just one of the very few to do so.

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to practice languages and learn about other cultures. I want to improve my French and German, and will try to learn Portuguese (which I just understand at the moment) before visiting Brazil.

I would also like to play the drums. Really, it looks fun.

I could teach you catalan/spanish, DJing basics and how to solve a rubik's cube :P
