Movies: dark days, into the wild, the straight story (a beautiful David Lynch movie about an old man who drives across America on a lawnmower to visit his dying brother)

Books: I'm really into the beat generation (Kerouac, Hunter S. Thompson).. I've also been known to enjoy sci-fi (Arthur c. Clarke, Ursula k. LeGuin, Haruki Murakami), classics (Herman Hesse, Steinbeck), occult stuff (Terrence McKenna, Castaneda), and anthropological stuffs (Graeber, Scheper-Hughes, Edward Said).
