Hello, my name is Michal but friends call me Mike. I'm originally from Poland but I spent half of my life living in the UK and last year I've been enjoying living in Croatia. I work in IT as a DevOps engineer. Recently I took a sabbatical and I'm traveling around the world for the next 6 months. After work I enjoy flying with my friends, cycling and meeting new people during my journeys. I have a paragliding, 1st stage Pilot license. I like to think I'm an active person, however as much as I enjoy hanging out outdoors I also enjoy good night in or in a pub. I'm a social person and I enjoy sharing stories from my "expeditions" :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like wide range of music pretty much from every genre, new/old. My true love though is old and gold rock'n'roll. Nothing can beat that for me but I've been to multiple music festivals including BBC radio 1 Big Weekend and Red Rocks.

As for books I'm an everlasting fan of Harry Potter and the Lord of the Rings. Currently concentrating more on traveling literature.
