Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Explore Medellin, Antioquia and Colombia, find other drummers and musicians, learn more South American rhythms. I'm looking to practice my Spanish, meet new people, learn new things and also, to find other recreational frisbee players.
ABOUT ME
I'm an easy-going guy. I love to enjoy life and get inspired, travel and meet new people.
I own and run a company called Ripple Rhythm (www.ripplerhythm.com), a drum circle facilitation service that utilizes the power of drums, percussion and music for schools, corporate team building, parties and therapy for seniors and people with special needs.
I helped coordinate www.drummersinexile.com, Toronto´s long running Tuesday night drum & dance circle. Imagine 1000 people in a downtown park, drumming, dancing, spinning fire and having fun.
PHILOSOPHY
Drum Circles have taught me the most:
Listen as much as you play
Find and adapt existing rhythms
Be creative, take risks & improvise
Everything lives, grows, changes & dies
The World is the world´s best teacher
Keep learning and practicing
EnJoy!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven´t surfed yet myself, but while living in Toronto at the once infamous SHAH house, over the course of a year and a half, we happily hosted dozens of CS from all around the world, and it was great to get to know so many cool, talented worldly wanderers.
