Let's see I love to run, golf, hike, lift, I am a yoga and tantra practitioner, I try to surf, and love to chef.

I really believe in the sharing aspect of CS, so here are things that I am knowledgeable of:
Tantra, Massage, Fitness, Running, Diet and Nutrition, Cooking foods from all over the world (specializing in gluten free cuisine), and meditation.

I love finding cool places that only the locals know of. I am a fan of hearty beers and oaky wines.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

It's been a while since I have been on here. My couch is not open due to COVID. I am in a cute small cottage not far from the beach that I will love to share when it's safe to open again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have surfed on 2 couches in my life. I thought I was crazy, then someone told me there was a whole website dedicated to it!!! Since then I have hosted a few people from the US and abroad.

I have survived this far. That is pretty amazing. This question is hard to answer because I have not done that many truly AMAZING things. I am still fighting for amazing. I have some cool kinda amazing stories though, I would love to share..
