I am currently finishing my second year of college. My major is biochemistry, and my interests run the gamut between the physical and biological sciences, as well as a special focus in medicine and biomedical engineering. Some hobbies of mine include robotics, traveling, camping, and exploring the outdoors. I really enjoy meeting new people and learning new things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Being a full time student keeps me settled in one place for up to 9 months at a time, but on the weekends I love to frequently take trips that take me all over the US. I also have longer winter, spring, and summer breaks that I try to fill up with lots of travel, but it can get very expensive. Sites like Couchsurfing that connect me with local hosts are excellent because of the opportunity to meet new people and get a local's perspective on "must-sees" in their city.
