I read about this online and it sounds interesting. I travel alot and I thought it might be good to hold out my home too as I find it interesting and enlightening to meet people from other countries.

I may try to couch surf myself at some point. Usually I stay in hotels, but this was never an option before.

You will have a much better pancake experience if you make your own syrup. Just put some brown sugar in the microwave with some water and nuke it until it bubbles pretty good and starts to caramelize. Also, for goddsakes use real butter..
