ABOUT ME

My husband is currently studying abroad in Germany. We were just recently married and plan on spending our "honeymoon" traveling in Europe. We don't have much of an itinerary yet, just some ideas of where we'd like to go so we're open to any and all suggestions. I read about couchsurfing in a book, the woman used the service in India, I believe. I was always interested in it and remembered when planning for our big trip began, we look forward to possibly connecting with some people along our travels and also look forward to hosting fellow surfers at some point in the future.

Intereses

I work for a non-profit focused on helping at-risk youth. I love my work! I love working with youth. I also direct shows at a local community theatre as well as act. I love to read and would enjoy any reccomendations. My husband is currently studying abroad in Wittenberg Germany, we are both very interested in the German language and culture.

I work with at-risk youth and each time I have helped one of them I am struck by the fact that I have really touched another person's life, is there anything in the whole world better than that?
