ABOUT ME

Hello travelers! My name is Sabrina. My first language is French, but I also speak English very well. I very much enjoy people and their company. I love to cook for people, nothing makes me happier then filling up a hungry traveler's belly :) I like going out for a nice beer and a nice dance off. I also love being outdoors in the nature.

For me, couchsurfing is an experience of growth and of fun and I look forward to meeting lots of people.

I live really close to Ottawa, so if I have time I can show you around the city. Here in Gatineau there are also things to see especially if you like the great outdoors.

I work in a Hotel and so on weekends I usually work, and my shifts vary from day to night shifts. I really prefer spending some time with my guests, if you are really in need of a place let me know maybe I can help.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a little over 3 months in Europe with my ex boyfriend and we couchsurfed 3 times and we loved the experiences. Since our return, we hosted a few times. (note that we are no longer together so I am now hosting in my new apartment).
It's really great to spend time with someone from the actual city or town because in a hostel you don't really see/feel the culture. I love the idea of it, and I think it is by far the funnest way to travel and to meet people.

- Working in a Biological self-sufficient reserve in the mountains of Costa Rica
- Backpacking around Europe for over 3 months
