ABOUT ME

I grew up in Scotland and have gradually worked my way down the country to find myself in the big smoke of London.

I like meeting new people, new experiences and to travel. I've not done a classic backpacking trip in a while and I really miss that! I work as an airline pilot and travel a lot all over the world which is a real privilege albeit staying in hotels etc I often feel a bit disconnected from the local population, another reason I've joined couch surfing!

I'm pretty easy going, curious about the world and I'd like to meet new people in the places I travel to and also host from time to time.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm totally new to couch surfing but I have some friends who rave about it so I thought I'd have a look and see what it's all about!

I travel a lot, mostly with work and it would be great to meet some local people while I'm in these places and get to know what really lies beyond the hotel and the tourist brochures ;)

I'd be happy to host too. I'm not looking to host long term but for a few nights here or there would be completely fine.

Intereses

I'm curious about people, cultures and love hearing stories of other peoples adventures and travels.

I like nights out in London, the more random the better. I keep fit and do a lot of running and cycling so if you fancy joining me for a jog or a bike ride then so much the better.
