If I had to describe my self in one word, I would say I am a learner. I love learning about everything there is. The process of discovery something new be a a piece of knowledge or a place is one of highest form of human experiences. My love of meeting people from different parts of their world, learning facts about their culture, my interest in languages, art, music , board games are all shaped by this very desire to acquire knowledge.

I am here because it enables me to meet travelers from different countries, who have varying mother tongues and have grown up in different cultural upbringings. I have often found conversations with travelers to be very fascinating as their stories have many differences with my own but yet there is also so much commonality.

I can also share about what I know about Penang and what are the places to go sightseeing , where to buy certain stuff, and especially where to eat. I am unable to host at the moment, but I can show travelers around Penang,

I like learning new languages .Learning a new language is like acquiring a new soul. Being able to speak with someone in their own mother tongue is a very rewarding experience. Currently I am learning Spanish and I have thought myself to reach an upper intermediate level. Next on the list, Italian, then French, then German, then we'll see...

I love reading. Mainly non-fiction books , books on philosophy , on history on science and on humanity in general.

I love playing board games .Settlers of Catan is great and so is Magic the Gathering. I also enjoying playing soccer and watching it and I aslo love Formula 1. Forza Ferrari. I also enjoying listening to music in languages that I don't understand (yet) :)
