About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To go where no Flo has gone before.
ABOUT ME
I am 23 years old, currently have no job besides making art and going to school. I like to ride my bike, take walks in the park, sit around and chill, play music with other people, wander around and watch the interesting characters, play disc-golf, and other stuff too! I've been described as a "hippy" but I disagree, because I've met some real hippies...
PHILOSOPHY
I try to take each day as it comes and have fun as much as I can. I don't think there is anything more important than friends and family. I live life with the expectation that civilization could very possibly collapse within my lifetime. I am taking life 1 day at a time, but also thinking about what the future might bring and how I will respond. My eventual goal is to build a hostel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I graduate I want to travel for a while, and couch surfing sounds like a great way to do it. So since I currently have a couch to offer, I decided to join this site now so I don't feel like a mooch later. Also I hope to meet some cool travelin' folks=)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
The closest thing to "couchsurfing" that I have done would be when I stayed with random relatives I'd never met at their house in Moss, Norway. They were so hospitable and even made me a special dinner because they heard I didn't eat meat. Even though they had never met me before, they treated me and my travel companion like family.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going on a mission trip to Belize was one of the coolest things I've ever done. I went with an organization called Rivers of the World (ROW) and helped build their base camp in Orange Walk. I slept in a tent, bathed in a lagoon, and ate mangoes right off the tree. I got to visit Mayan ruins and snorkel with sharks and stingrays.
Teach, Learn, Share
My 2 most important travel tips:
1-Take care of your feet! If you travel for a few days without showering, make sure to change your socks.
2-I know this sounds obvious but wash your hands before you eat! You never know what you have come in contact with on the road and getting sick while traveling SUCKS!
