Grateful to be alive. Life has ups and downs.... But it's how you rebound and and help others along the way. We are all human here.

I am not perfect by any means. Very broken. Struggling with life like everyone other human. I have my demons and gremlins, but I fight with them everyday to try to just do a little bit of good in this world.

I am looking for friends who live life with an OPEN HEART. Humans who feel free to talk and be open.... Who can recognize their strengths and work on their weaknesses. That's human connection.

The best thing about owning my story... I get to create the ending.

It takes courage to show up and just be seen. Say hello. I'm a master of shame resilience. Such a wonderful support system. I practice gratitude every day. I try to live a whole hearted, transparent, vulnerable, authentic, and tactful life. And some don't like me for those reasons....We all don't get along and that's acceptable to me.

I have been working out for an entire year and a half now. Cardio and lifting. Very proud of my journey. This transformation takes a lot of discipline, grit, and tenacity. I hope to achieve silver fox muscle daddy status by age 40.

Those who are non-profit orientated..... hit me up no matter what the cause. There is intersectionality and common ground in all social issues.
