CURRENT MISSION
Discover some of the cool things DC has to offer
ABOUT ME
I moved to Washington, DC in January, 2011 for a new job. It is my first experience in the east coast/mid-Atlantic. I love the ocean and the mountains so I should be able to experience both. Its also amazing to me how close all the cities are and how interconnected they are on the east coast. I grew up in the Midwest and every other was a 6 hour drive from me. I like to discover new and random things to do and DC seems to have its share of cool things to see and do.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
When I lived in New Orleans, I had a couple of couch surfers and had a great time with them. Now that I am settled in DC, I would like to have some couch surfers again. I have gone to a couple of events hosted by couch surfers in the greater DC area.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have not surfed anywhere yet. I'm excited for the first time though because of all the different people to meet.
Interests
Listening to good music, eating good food. Reading, relaxing, traveling, learning new things. Finding random, new things to do. I am always looking to explore something and try it out.
