Hello! I love to meet other people and hang out! I am a student at Utah State University studying biology and a trip leader for their Outdoor Programs as well. I am currently working at the Hogle Zoo doing interpretation.

I am on couchsurfing because I need a place to stay some nights. It's rough driving to and from work in rush hour every day. I'm trying to save a little bit of time, money, AND the planet by staying with some of you!

I've led a group of students backpacking through a slot canyon in Escalante! This is by far the one thing I'm most proud of because I got to use my medical trainings and meet new people who go to my school. And the trip out was... interesting. You'll have to ask me more about it!

So I work at the zoo... I can teach you literally anything you'd ever want to know about animals and conservation efforts (which I think is super awesome, but maybe I'm biased).
I also know how to do a lot of outdoorsy things like build fires, tie knots, and navigate through the wilderness.
