ABOUT ME

I get my high from music, my wisdom from animals, my inspiration from children, my strength from trees, my endurance from mountains, my perseverance from rivers, my creativity from stars and my dreams from sunsets. I feel there is a lot to learn from nature and animals and I consider myself to be an animal advocate along with a conservationist and Caretaker of this wonderful blue planet we call Earth.

PHILOSOPHY

Spiritually, I believe we are all ONE and the Earth and Universe are living organisms in which we are all connected....so do unto others as you would do to yourself. I live intentionally. Happiness is measured by your gifts not your possessions. I am a spiritual being CO-CREATING a happy world. In short, I live by the Seven Principals of Huna:
1. IKE- We make our own reality
2. MAKIA- Energy flows where Attention goes
3. MANA- All Power Comes from within
4. MANAWA- Now is the Moment of Power
5. KALA- All Change is Possible
6. PONO- Harmony/Effectiveness is a Measure of Truth
7. ALOHA- To Love is to Share the Happiness of The Breath of Life

I have owned couches and I have slept on couches.

Interesses

I enjoy outside activities such as, biking, rock climbing, hiking (with pups), meditating, yoga, camping, organic gardening, outdoor music, day-trips, getting lost, silence, climbing trees, sustainable living and being in awe with that inner-child in this wondrous place we call Earth. I love to travel, enjoy arts, culture, museums,antiques, and historical places... I love to learn! I enjoy music: all types from relaxing, Celtic, flute, rock, blues, jazz, new age, drumming circles and going to concerts and most times music is heard throughout my house making it an inviting, peaceful atmosphere. Indoors, I enjoy reading, good conversations, old flicks (no cable for over 10 years), documentaries, history, thrillers, foreign films...whatever the mood strikes, and playing cards/board games. Preparing food together and eating healthy and living healthy in harmony with nature; enjoying and creating every day as the Best Day Ever because NOW is what it's all about. Travel light, live light, spread the light, be the Light.

I anticipate creating and building a sustainable off-grid home environment to promote a higher conscious awareness to live in health and harmony with Mother Earth and all living things. I anticipate permaculture, organic gardening, orchards, along with solar, Greywater-catch systems, and compost toilets...absolutely no waste only ecofriendly materials. These necessities are all available within the framework of a certain "rhythm” with a bio eco -friendly green home. We can reduce the stress on both ourselves and the planet.

Health and being a steward of the Earth to live in harmony is very important to me. I want to be part of the solution not the problem. consciousness.
