ABOUT ME

I realized I wanted to make movies when I was four years-old and my life has centered around the art of storytelling ever since. Nothing brings me more joy than taking ideas and breathing life into them. Whether it be through creating a monster makeup, acting, loading a truck on set, or brewing a pot of coffee for a team of film editors at 3am, my worst day on a film is better than my best day in any other occupation.

I am currently gearing up for a new challenge and adventure; I plan on moving to New Zealand in the new year.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

CS fell into my lap when my friend Neil brought a very lovely Austrian gentleman out to a local baseball game with our friends. Later I had the privilege of taking a very cool couch surfing Kiwi to Disneyland for a day. Both experiences where lovely and culturally eye-opening.

I have found CS to be an amazing tool to bring like minded, fascinating, adventurous and outgoing people together in a safe and selfless manor. I think this site is brilliant!

兴趣

In no particular order... Concocting. Collaborating. Creating. Comedy. Tragedy. Fairy tales and folk songs full of dubious characters and questionable dealings. Film sets. Hot glass. Wet clay. Puppets and animatronics. Language. Movement. Special FX. Anti-heroes. Crafting scenarios of how my friends and I will handle the impending Zombie invasion (There is no such thing as safe...Only safer!). Punks. Underdogs. Geeks. Freaks. Nerds. People who take their hobbies a liiiiiiitle too seriously. Comfortable silence. Deafening Laughter. Sitting in the balcony at the Opera while discreetly watching the patrons through my military issued binoculars. Bon-Fires. Getting my hands dirty. Just about anything outdoors or involving water. Accomplishing tasks people wouldn't expect a girl to do. The smell of old books and vintage fabrics. Traveling and sucking up culture like it's candy. Creepy youth hostels. Not taking myself too seriously. Taking my passions very seriously. Road trips. Bad coffee and good conversation in the middle of the night. Cooking a scrumptious meal for the ones I love. Making a difference. Knowledge. Wisdom. Integrity. Compassion. Whimsy. Leaps of faith. The unknown. Tomfoolery!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I worked as a driver in Michael Bay's film, "The Island." I got to drive down the wrong lane of traffic, on a shut down highway, in a high speed chase. On the first day a stuntman hung from a helicopter and swooped in overhead, shooting blanks from an automatic weapon. On the second day they flipped numerous cars and trucks while setting off explosions. IT WAS EPIC!
