ABOUT ME

I have a lot of loves and things that I'm passionate about, but I really adore travelling. Travelling gives so much more of anything I love doing in one place - the languages, the food, the people, the architecture, the music, the art....

I have so much excitement to do all the things in the world that I've had written down in a bucket list, made on the back of an envelope since I was 17 - and hear about all the places and things I have yet to know even exist.

Interests

"There is nothing more erotic than a good conversation." - I love building friendships and relations with others. When I'm alone, I spend a lot of time running, practising yoga, reading, listening to music, and finding places to take pictures.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste is always developing. Some of the greats, Nick Drake, Jeff Buckley, Placebo, Pearl Jam, Lou Reed, Enya, Sigur Ros I always go back to; for now I seem to be merging into an ambient psychill traphead.
I pick films by director or actor, admittedly. Anything by Coen brothers, Wes Andersen, or featuring Bill Murray, Daniel Day Lewis or Ralph Fiennes think of as gold.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Something that I feel most proud of is running a marathon and raising money for Alzheimer's Society. The money went towards caring for sufferers and their families, as well as research programs.

When I was 18, I went to New Zealand and volunteered with the Department of Conservation to help maintain the forests and surrounding environments that the native birds live in. I learnt a lot from this trip spiritually, as well as being able to give something to the earth.

Something that still makes my heart race was bungee jumping and skydiving! Both experiences were pretty wild and incredible.
