I'm a gypsy by nature, Yoga and Somatic Experiencing Teacher and Self Care Coach. I live in the funky artist village, Madrid, NM, where I write for the Madrid Artist Quarterly. I also built Madrid’s Body & Soul Community Reinvestment event. I teach Yoga to Level 2 Inmates at The Penitentiary of New Mexico (background cleared) as part of my Karma Yoga practice.

My companion is a two year old well trained and socialized Red Heeler mix named Bodhi(sattva). He’s lovable, sensitive and always by my side.

I’m a Mom and soon to be Grandma (so unbelievable and exciting!) My only daughter lives in San Jose, Ca and I visit there there often.

Madrid, my home, is a small village of 400 exceptionally creative people. I live in a Schoolhouse built in 1930 that I’ve named the Healing Hub and share my teachings and adventures with those around me.

My life is dedicated to sharing healing and wellness with those who cross my path.
