I'm just a regular guy from the great city of buffalo, ny who loves his buffalo bills (really all sports in general). i got me degree in history from the university of buffalo, but i have worked odd jobs since then with the idea of saving and traveling for periods of time. i did a 6 month road trip across the states visiting various cities and national parks along the way. there are many beautiful places in my country. now i am onto my next stage of traveling, fulfilling my dream of backpacking europe.

couchsurfing is awesome, plain and simple. it is a fantastic way to meet people from various backgrounds. i enjoy meeting them and sharing stories, experiences, customs, etc. seeing new places is a great part of traveling, but the people you meet and friends you make along the way is just as important. couchsurfing enables me to do this. surfs up bra!

soccer is my passion in life. i love being out on that field. all my worries melt away and i am zoned in. i love the competition and that you can always improve. and i love my teammates and having their back.

Like lots of different music esp 90s. Some of my favorites include kid cudi, goo goo dolls, nas, eminem and smash mouth. I love to watch movies all kinds really but I make a point to watch most of the top films that come out at the end of each year. i am obsessed with tarantino and christopher nolan flicks. those guys are masters at their craft. i like to read good sci fi/fantasy series like lord of the rings and game of thrones as well as books on historical events. i'm currently reading a book about the overview of WW2. i'm fascinated by history.

Planted trees in BC and Alberta. i put 5400 trees in the ground on my best day. we lived deep in the woods for weeks at a time sleeping in tents. it was an amazing experience.
