I love to travel but I'm not a fan of the tourist vibe. I want to learn about the place that I'm in from the people that actually live here. That's when you really get to know and understand a place. I love to meet people, listen to their stories and tell them my stories. That's how you make some real life long friends all around the globe.

When I lived in South Africa my favorite thing to do was ride long distances, mostly into the mountains, with my paragliding kit strapped to the back of my motorcycle. I'd spend the weekend in the mountains flying my with other paragliding pilots and drinking loads of beer with them in the evenings around a bonfire. I'm hoping to fly the alps in the near future, but for now I'm really just enjoying Michelada's on the beach in California!
