About Me

I am a recent college graduate in search of adventure. I suffered through school, never feeling like I was good at it. I am free-spirited, adventurous, athletic, and very competitive- constantly striving to be the best at whatever I do. I am fairly laid back and open-minded. I love Jesus and believe that He is the maker of this great world I love. I love setting goals and achieving them, challenging myself to do new things, and exploring all of the various sports, hobbies, activities, and adventures I hear about. I am introverted, goofy, and friendly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe life is too short to settle down and grow old without exploring this beautiful world! I have spent countless nights sleeping in my car or tent camping illegally by the side of the road while on my cross country pursuits. I have hosted friends, friends of friends, and total strangers throughout my journeys. I know firsthand how relieving it is to have a place to stay for the night and hope to bring that peace of mind and camaraderie to others.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: A little here and there. I am no music expert and play no instruments, but I appreciate a good tune that fits the mood.

Movies: LOTR. Need I say more?

Books: I'm not much of a reader. I prefer to go live my own adventure than to read of another person's adventure. It takes a very compelling story and a very strange mood for me to enjoy a book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skied off the summit of Mount Elbert- the highest mountain in Colorado
