I'm new to this but having heard about it twice in the paper decided to give it a bit of a go - quite interesting stuff really.

Hoping to drive around the country later this year and see it all, I'd like to have a good knowledge of the place before thinking of jetting off abroad anywhere.

Currently reading the Fool trilogy, which is a follow-on from the Farseer trilogy, both by Robin Hobb.
Music - my music is mainly metal and more and more death metal lately.

As for movies I've a wide variety of different films, if you ever stay on my couch we can chill and watch some DVDs :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing QE2 in dock in Liverpool. It's amazing that humans can build such huge constructions...

Ships scare me, their sheer size and the fact that they're made by man is something that constantly amazes me.

I can't think of many. I can play a decent bass and a passable bit of guitar. I'm a bit of a computer wizz (if I do say so myself)...
