Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I had the amazing opportunity to host for a couple from America and on another occasion, a guy from Germany. It was an opportunity to learn more about people, their way of life and make new friends.

Intereses

What is the word limit here? lol
My interests are very broad, it would be easier to write down what I'm not interested in...which is very little.
I'm naturally curious, so if I don't know about something, I make an effort to learn about it.

Música, películas y libros

With movies I'm a big fantasy fan. Love period movies and futuristic ones too. Basically I'll watch anything...just don't force me with a comedy...those awkward moments that everyone else considers funny, well lets just say that I miss half the movie because my eyes are covered with a pillow.
I love fantasy and paranormal books. LOTR, Harry Potter, Eragon, Twilight, etc.
With music, again, it's easier for me to name you what I don't like.

I represented my home country (South Africa) at the World Hairdressing Championships in Paris 2010 and came home with 2 poll position awards (Top 5 in a specific category in the world).

Well I doubt I can teach you how to cut hair in the short time you'll be staying with me, but I can definitely give you the best advice regarding Zanzibar.

Besides you having your own room? Well, if my work schedule permits, I'm happy to take you around the island.
