Overview
About Me
I love the whole world. It's such a brilliant place.
I'm in Cork, Ireland now to work as a Scrum Master. Passionate about using technology to enhance our daily lives.
Thus I have created my own “Personal University” to master the art of self-learning, personal development and living a good life. My challenge every month is tackling a new skill. I failed miserably most of the time, especially in drawing and Japanese, but I agree with Dr. Richard Feynman in enjoying ‘the pleasure of finding things out”. After ten years of self-studying, learning has become natural to me. Beside my professional skills, I'm happy to be able to play the piano, do Wing-chun martial arts, cooking, photography, scuba diving, sailing, traveling, or even the Irish tin.
Life has many temptations, but to me, learning is the most tempting. I am still a beginner in my life-long learning journey, and will learn untill I die.
As for work, I'm kind of a generalist. I do 2-3 jobs at the same time to save up for my traveling. My freelance job is a website development consultant for entrepreneurs (www.greatsun0.com is my portfolio). My weekend job is managing a watersport center and AirBnB business, where I learned sailing and stand-up paddling with Olympic athletes. My day job is an IT project manager, where I have fun 'torturing' my team members every day.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Life is a test and you pass if you can be true to yourself. To get the first question correct, all you have to know is who you are.
Through meeting awesome people on Couchsurfing, I then learn more about myself. I love to meet interesting people who are into martial art, photography, music, foodie or need a hand in digital marketing.
As a surfer, I love to bring my Vietnamese artisan coffee to your house, brew you the nicest cup of coffee on Earth, cook you a meal, or make a portrait of you with my camera.
